This style of Flexsteel boat sofa was developed for an RV but is ideally suited for boat furniture in the marine and boat interior. The Flexsteel Designer series of marine sofa beds are constructed with a powder coated steel frame. The Designer series also has more seat springs and back springs which provide superior seating and bed comfort. All Flexsteel Designer sofa beds also have superior grade foam for unsurpassed durability and comfort. The Designer series sofas must be bolted or screwed down to the floor so you can pull it up and out to open a bed surface with storage area under the seat cushion. The marine Designer sofas come standard with the storage area or an optional small drawer is available.
